My mobile number [protected] was suspended on 27th March 2017, After discussion with customer care, they informed me as per TRAI guidelines i need to submit my documents.I am using this number since 2012 and that time all the documents were submitted.After 5 years Relaince wake up and asking for the details. I am continously following up with reliance store and customer care depart ment.I am fad up now after making lot of calls. Related doscuments were again submitted on 1st April but till date no action has been taken so far.Third class service by Reliance.Since this is postpaid number and you will ask to paybill with out using mobile.
