Reliance Communications — Old connection not resolved gave new connection and took charges | |||||
I have Reliance Internet connection with user I'd no.[protected], the connection was not working from 20th January to 14th February .We have made several request to reliance to resolve our issue but they only gave assurance., Surprisingly the connection nearby our house were working, hence on 13 the February we have applied for new connection for Reliance and paid the installation amount of Ra's 1480 through cheque and new line was put in order and our connection have started., The cheque was debited from our account on 17th February . Now the question is why they have given a new connection when the old connection was supposed to be repaired which they have not resolved and harassed us and let our work suffer. We have All details of the complaints made to them, we want our waiver for the Paris the connection has not worked and the amount they have charged for the new connection. They should also give us the loses incurred and expenses made towards our daily calls to there consumer complaint no from our Tacoma and idea mobile no. Was this information helpful? | |||||
