[Resolved] Reliance Communications — One Month Advance | |||
I took a postpaid connection ([protected]) 2 months ago, I paid Rs. 300 as a security deposit. After one month, when I receive the first bill it was including one-month advance rent. Bill was 416, then I raise a request to customer care. Reliance customer care is not showing any interest to help the customer and they always saying this is not in our hand, Please visit the nearest store. then I visit my nearest store the representative were very rude she told as we have lac of customer if we loose one or two this would not going to hamper our work. I raised so many requests to adjust the bill amount. They are the big cheater, I hope this company will not last a long time as they are already in loss due to their customer relationship like this.
