[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Online postpaid bill payment did not reflect | |||||
On 12th april 2017 at 00:15:58, i did online payment of my post paid mobile subscriber no [protected], relationship no[protected] I got online receipt as well, receipt no amip91567377 and transaction reference number :[protected], payment amount was rs. 556.0 Complaint is that the payment was not reflected in reliance billing system and it was showing outstanding payment. So, i had to later do the payment again. But this amount got deducted from my credit card. Reliance need to do refund on my credit card account for amount rs 556 Was this information helpful? | |||||
