Reliance Communications — Online Recharge Top up Not Credited But Money Debited

Hi i am Mr. Shantanu. My Reliance Number is [protected]. Yesterday at around 8.45 pm i did online top up recharge of Rs. 220 .I got a message on phone and email that RS 220 was debited from my bank.But my account did not got credited of the talk time of rs 230(as stated on reliance communications site (http://www.rcom.co.in).I called on 198 an hour later and an agent told me that i would be credited rs 230 talk time in few mins but after a whole night and day, still i have not got my top up.So i lost rs 220 and did not got the top up recharge.Please resolve my issue fast.Either refund me of Rs.220 or Give me talk time top up of Rs.230.
