[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Outgoing barred for want of address verification negative | |||
My sim (MNP) after seven days (duration for MNP) was activated on 12.1.2017. It was working fine. All sudden my outgoing on 14.1.2017 was barred and reasoned address verification is negative. We were present well in the address and no one has visited or contacted. I have sent email and contacted customer care and appellate authority all went vain. I do not understand why they have activated when address verification was not through. Now I am asking them to revert my MNP and restore back to the previous network at their cost and responsibility. It looks so they have number o[censored]nauthorized agency and documents are not reaching them. Hope my problem is resolved soon. After visiting consumer complaints website, I really shocked seeing similar cases on Reliance that too two years old issue. Same issue still continued in 2017 without sorting out. Jan 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Not resolved as committed by Reliance they have barred all the services including incoming sms from 14.1.2017 immediately after activation of my sim on 12.1.2017 and put me in trouble.
Even after given a required documents in their store, they have not taken any step for resolving the issue and deliberately keeping mum. In one email on 15.1.2017, they have committed to resolve by 18.1.17 at 4.00pm but nothing took place.
If TRAI interferes, hope issue will be resolved. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
