[Resolved] Reliance Communications — outgoing disconnected even after making payment | |||
I had some bill descrepancies and i have already posted a complaint on this forum about the rcom. They suggested me not to pay the bill and wait till they solve the problem. Even by that time, i asked them whether i will be charged any overdue fees or network interruptions. They said there will be no late fee or network interruption. Now they have disconnected the out going services from my phone, also they have disable the feature for my number to contact customer support. Since i am in need of out going service, i have even paid the amount which they have generated. Even after paying i am not able to make out going calls. Such a cheap fraud network.. The main thing frustrating is, they have disabled my number to call customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
