We have been availing plan of 4g_1100_5gb where we get 5gb data with 4g speed. Rental is rs 1100+15% service tax. Post usage of allocated free data quota on any of the purely 4g data plans/packs, speed will throttle to "0kbps" (Hard stop), resulting in no further overage charge. How come the bill is inflated to such a high figure of rs 12644/- is our pertinent query. The above amounts to about rs 1265 /- and we been paying the same on past months bills of oct'16 and sept'16. We were surprised to receive an inflated bill of rs 12644 /- for nov'16 and sought revision and clarification from reliance and never got any reply till date. Meantime, we are pestered regularly to pay up by rcom which is a real headache and nuisance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
