I had paid my broadband bill before due date. They had a technical fault at their end due to which the money was deducted from my account but did not reflect with them.
Now in the current bill they are charging in excess although i have a valid receipt for the payment.
The customer care is not reachable in any way since over a week. The calls are disconnected with an "not available due to exigency" message.
The local stores are also not helping and provide one of the two reason whenever i contact the m
1) the servers are down so can't help
2) they can not solve these disputes and have services limited to only collection of bill payments. I need to contact the customer care for this.
The service which has anyways been sub-par has always caused problems in some way or the other has now found a new way to trouble customers.
Now the excess charges levied need to be reverted asap so that i can process my payment, failing which they will again add more late fee charges.
Have also mailed the respective complaint id and also the appellate authority but no reply is coming through from here as well after giving them multiple reminder mails as well. Was this information helpful? |
