[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Overcharging and change of plan without my knowledge

I am using datacard for more than one year. My plan is 999 for 40 GB Unlimited.Between july 6 to 20 my datacard is not properly working due to 4g upgradation.

Last time I contact customer care as my Connection got barred. They informed me that my limit has been exceeded and plan has been changed to 3gb 4g Rs700. Now I charged rs 2700 unbilled amount and without my knowledge.

Customer care executive said they cant do any thing and I have to pay the amount.

change my plan to 999 40gb and revise the bill as per 999 plan or I have to change my network to another service provider.

I hope resolve this issue as soon as possible.

i have to terminate connection because of non responsive customer care. over charging, changing plans without customer knowledge. extra amount has been wavered. but through chat executive told that they have rights to change plan of customers time to time. and they canot provide the old plan.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by clint9943 Issue still not solved yet and for past 3 days i am trying to call customer care, but they are not responding. Reliance is cheating there customers. call me for resolving overcharging bill issue. Contact number [protected].

Updated by clint9943 Billing issue solved. They provided bill as per old plan. But i am still in new plan not in old one which i requested.
