Reliance Communications — paid advance still issued bill and call barred | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have been with reliance from 8-9years however due to unsatisfactory service from reliance and past inconvenience i opted out to port But i received call from reliance and changed with new offer me new plan (Currently activated) for which i have paid advance of 3months including my previous due (Total: 1650) at reliance gallery on 11th aug but still i receive bill for 380. Inspite of giving advance, my outgoing calls and internet is barred. The new bill of aug felt unreasonable and improper however i have paid to activate my calls due to high inconvenience. My service has been stopped since sept 21st, also i have visited reliance outlet and they have no clue about it nor i can reach customer care and i have again received bill for sept. Thank you.
