I have submitted the request in reliance broadband site to get the new connection and i got the call from one of the sale person then i paid the initial amount of 1500 plus dd charge to the person came and collected in my home. the amount was paid on[protected]. i asked the sale person when i will get the connection he said you will get in another 2 or 3 days but this is not was is happened. on almost every week i followed him and asking the connection status, he always says you will get next day and telling there is some technical issue. so i waited some more days. after almost a month he gave only wireline that didn't have any functional connection.
finally after two months, he says there is no feasibility, so we can't give connection. i'm completely dis-pointed after following to get the connection almost two months, he said you will get refund in DD in another 10 days on September but still now i didn't get any refund, it is almost three month from when i paid the amount.
if there is not feasibility then why they are getting the money before.
please fix the issue and provide the connection or give refund ASAP.

And the is no proper response or any action taken towards the complaints, i almost gave 5 to 6 complaints to reliance customer care. they simple saying go and raise the complaint in nungambakkam branch other wise you will loss your money, this is not accepted answer from reputed service provider.
