Reliance Communications — paid the outstanding mail but still receiving legal action threats from reliance

As per the trailing mail i am getting a sms as "dear reliance customer today going to case a file against your gsm no. [protected]" but although i have given the bills (The receipt is there in trailing mail). I have contacted my nearest reliance store the asked to contact mr rana chatterjee but as per telephonic conversation he told as to contact karnataka circle but when i am trying to contact them via customer care no. It is told in ivr with due some problem we are unable to connect the call. Please do the needful from your end.
