RCOM has taken over MTS last month after which website/customer care services have been down continuously. I have been trying to contact the MTS/RCOM customer care for almost 3 weeks now.. MTS old helpline number ([protected]) is not working, reliance communications number[protected] is saying due to emergency services are down.
MTS website has stopped working and Reliance website is not reading my MDN number. I`m struggling to reach these guys, as I`m unable to make the payment and cancel my connection. As I have moved to England permanently, can`t visit any of the store.No able to pay online coz websites are down and PAYTM has deleted the MTS/RCOM option.
Could you please advise how to pay? And, please cancel my connection with immediate effect as I am not in India anymore.
Saddening to see the pathetic service offered by such a renowned brand “Reliance”. I`m very disappointed as you can`t even offer a basic Call Center connectivity service to your customer. Such a SHAME.
I need you to cancel my number immediately and ask some to collect the payment from my family or give me some link from where I can pay it online.
I won`t pay anything for this month rental as I`m not using the services for last 2 weeks.
