[Resolved] Reliance Communications — pending complaint no[protected] | |||
Hii i am abhishek ghosh mob no [protected]. I have logged a complaint having reference no[protected] but after 24 hours i not get any solution till now. I have repeatedly call n mail to customer care but it is in vain. I have recharged rs 147 for data pack on 12/08/2017 but after that everyday night after 12 pm there is no data pack available for 2/3 hours. For that my account balance rs. 21.95 has been deducted from my account wrongly. But till now i have not got my deducted amount & everyday after 12 pm there is no data pack available for 3 hours. Please rectify these problem & return my money back at the earliest. If these time i have not get any proper solutions i have to surrender my connection.in customer care *333 from yesterday i have not get any response & reliance live chat also unavailable form last 7days. Still now no solution has been provided. Being a customer of 10yrs of reliance communications it is very hurting & shameful. Please do something positive as soon as possible. Please treat it most urgent. Waiting for your quick response.
