Hi, this is Kamal Verma from Haridwar uttrakhand My account. No.[protected] I have closed my connection and paid all dues to reliance office at haridwar but now after one year, we are getting messages for pending payments and threating for legal. I tried many times to call on customer care no. But they never picked up any call, & i also tried call to local office. very poor customer service. Kindly do needful and close my account.
