Hi its abhishek ghosh mob no [protected]. I have logged a complain on[protected] having reference no.[protected] still no solution provided. Is it expected?? I got a a message that it has been solved. Without customer concern how they can claim that it has been solved??. My problem is that i got no upc code after sending sms (Port mob) to 1900. Instantly i got message from 1901 saying "insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the facility". I have rs. 48.49 in my accout. As per reliance executive it was happening for "signature message" enabled but i have checked, there is no signature message enable in my sms setting. Please give proper solution by today so that i can get upc code. I have to do these (Port) urgently because for 12 th august, 2017 i am facing data & internet issue. Instead of constant mails & complaint booking i got no solution till date. So please send upc code in my sms urgently. Please dont dissapoint me these time.
