[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Perpetual charing | |
On 19/06/2017 my pre-paid account showed a balance of rs.13.54 paise and that of todays is rs.10.54 paise. I surprised about deduction of rs. 3.00 again. Inspite of requesting not to provide any service, they are doing it at their own will After this a sms received :- "you have been successfully subscribed to sroresubs service for 1 day. To un-subscribe sms unsub 2852 to 155223 (Tollfree). When replied by sms, they have again sms that you have been successfully unsubscribe fron storesubs service. I gave sms again as"stop" to 155223 and in reply, dear customer, you are not subscribed to any vas packs. Why this type of excercise again and again. Why once for all the company is stopping all vas to me. Please refund rs. 3/- to my account [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
