I left RCOM during 2014 and till date not able to withdraw of pf

Reasons

1. Incorrect update of DOB
2. Incorrect update of DOE
3. Non update of reason for leaving

Even after multiple follow-ups team is not responding

Joint declaration form suited more than a month back still no action taken

Not updating reason for leaving
