[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Phone dead from last six months

my phone is dead from last six months.
and company is charge the bill.
i have two numbers one is dead from last six months .
but till date no one solve this.
i am not pay the three bills then they call me that they wavier my half bill on that time i deposit the bill. they told me that they solve this problem with in 24 hours. but this month they again chrge the full bill and i deposit it.
