[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Pid for post paid phone bill which has been ported to another service providers | |||
Dear Sir, With reference to the mobile number in the subject [protected], it used to belong to my son Alan Bothelo However he has ported to Vodafore 3 months ago. However, by an error I have made a payment into the reliance account on 27 April 2017. I'm unable to get through their customer service representative, despite holding on the the phone for more than 25 minutes on multiple occassions . I request to urgently credit me back the amount as this number is no longer a reliance number and was mistakenly deposited. Infact I'm very upset how did the payment take place. If the number had already been ported, how did Reliance keep the payment gateway details open. Reliance is not responding to email or phone calls. Proof of payment made is attached.
