Dear Sir/Madam,
I am still waiting for your reply in my case as i had mention that the Benefit of Plan 79 not Provided to customer (Ranjit [protected]) twice one on 22.05.2015 again 26.05.2015. In this case i had tried to connected to 198, *333 and toll free number along with Appeal Cell but no satisfactory action taken from your side.
From few days call came form (RIM[protected] they give a complaint number and ask me give time for 2 days for settlement and further without any discussion or provide benefit they automatically close such complaint Number and told that the Benefit has been provided to you. But in original from 22.05.2015 no any benefit provided to me.
If you provide me any benefit they why i again recharge on dated 29.05.2015 with Rs.69 (all local std call @30 Paisa Per minute).This is the proof that No any benefit provided till 29.05.2015.
One option i had given to you in my earlier mail that please refund my money 79+79. but form your side i am totally disappointed and worry about such worst service this is totally deficiency in service and cover under Consumer Protection Act 1982 in which in case of deficiency of service aggrieved person may complaint under Consumer Forum.
I am very serious about such matter from 22.05.2015 till today.
Therefore you are requested to take necessary action refund Rs. 79+79 in my account.
