I am a reliance postpaid customer and my registered number is [protected](397 cdma unlimited plan).
My plan was migrated to 899 rental with limited data and voice plan without prior notice on 5th August.
Why this type of illogical plan migration has been done by reliance. There is a big difference in plan amount.
My bill cycle is 18th July-17th August and plan changed w.e.f. 3rd August and same has been informed to me on 5th August by SMS. I have already used 3GB of data for my current bill cycle. Now who is going to pay the extra bill amount??
I have talked with customer care executive and he replied me that he has no information regarding this. He suggest me the different plan options. One option is 299pm plan in which Reliance offer me 1GB 4G Data only. That means I have to pay almost Rs. 350 for 1GB 4G Data. The same 1GB data is avaiilabe in Rs.245 for Prepaid customers.
So what Mr. Anil Ambani will do if same thing offered to him??
Why reliance is doing this type of nonsense things with his existing customers??
