I am the old customer of reliance communication and using a postpaid number of this, regarding the last bill, rcom changed my plan without information or any kind of intimation with to deposit extra advance amount for the changing plan, i made many called n follow-up for the same to reliance customer care (*222) or rcom secretary office ([protected]) but all-in-vain. Request you to remove the advance amount and let me have the revised bill asap worth rs. 499/- cum gst 18% i.
