[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Plan is changed without prior consent | |||
Hi sir/ madam, I am using reliance no:[protected], this is second instance where my subscription plan is changed without my prior consent. This time when i went to pay my outstanding pill, i was inform to pay inr 1000, since some plan has been activated. When question who has activated this, i was informed, its a fault from reliance end, please pay the outstanding bill and we will adjust it later. My concern is, how can telecom servicer provider can activate any subscription plan without prior customer knowledge. This evening my outgoing has been suspended for no reason.
