[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Poor 3G and Signal for Several Days | |||
I have to make complaint for 2 numbers. 1st is [protected]. This number belongs to me (Mayank Gupta). For last several days, I am getting poor signal on my phone. I have made complaint to Social Media team as well online chat but issue is not resolved. My phone either gets no signal or remains in roaming due to which I get no 3G connectivity. Second issue is with my sister Madhuri Gupta whose phone no is [protected]. Few days back she got offer o[censored]nlimited 3G for Rs 598. She recharged the phone on August 10 and since then her number is not working properly. What can only be called scam and fraud the situation is that for first couple of days she was getting 2G speed instead of 3G. And now her phone is getting no signal at all and sometimes 1 signal bar. I have made numerous complaints to twitter team of RCOM but they are not interested in fixing the issue. I have even provided them screenshots. I would like refund for our 3G packs and the way to change operator. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is absolutely a lie. I have talked to customer care guys and they told me that online team closed down all the complaints me and my sister have made. Therefore my sister has sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com. You make sure that this complaint is looked into. We have given complete details in the complaint. And don't you dare close our complaint without my approval. I will decide whether issue is resolved or not.

Again Its a lie. I received a phone call saying that my issue would be resolved in 3 days. I am still waiting for that to happen. Issue still persists. You apparently have no knowledge of the issue.
