[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Poor connectivity

Hello, My Internet connection details are as follows: Reliance net connect+ No. [protected] I took this connection two months before and paid Rs. 2500 for dongle, and as per the salesman of Reliance, it was told that the amount 2500 paid will include the first month bill and will need to pay the bill form second month. Also it was informed that the internet speed will be minimum 2mbps, but in actual it is only around 50kbps to 120kbps, which keep fluctuating. Also when contacted with reliance salesperson, no proper feedback was provided. -Sameer B

NO, the issue is still pending and not yet resolved, though it was told that it be resolved within a week.

The problem of poor connectivity is still there, hope you resolve the issue ASAP or refund the bill which i am paying since the connection i have taken.
