[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Poor internet connection and No compensation provided

I have numerous unresolved complaints within this site itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. 1st and foremost issue is I did not have a working connection since 3rd October 2015 upto 10th December 2015. I was promised a compensation and that a waiver number would be provided for it, but I am since unable to connect to customer care or the executive who had called me from Cochin office. My original period for the existing connection will end in 9th January 2016. However, I will not continue with this connection unless i am compensated for the 2 months and 6 days i did not have a working connection. I do not want this included in the bill, i need the existing period extended. 2nd is that the connection since 10th December is sluggish and unusable most of the time. This was also notified multiple times with screenshots to the executive in Cochin, who has till date not responded.
