Reliance Communications — Poor Internet Connectivity on 3G Prepaid connection | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, Pls refer trailing mails written by me to the Reliance Customer Care for the last so many days regarding poor Connectivity of Reliance 3G connection purchased by me. They are lingering on the matter. But nothing has been done to resolve the problem. I had purchased Reliance 3G connection Pre-Paid Connection in October;2013. Since then I have faced no problem regarding the connectivity. But since 29th May;2014, I am unable to access Internet due to poor Internet Connectivity Services of the Reliance 3G. I called Reliance Customer Care but was not given any reply by the Customer care Executives. Later I started writing to them and received reply thrice from them. I did not receive any reply from them after 17th of June, neither any one called to ask about the resolution of the problem. I have given all the details as per their requirement in the trailing mail those could have helped them in resolving the problem. You are requested to Kindly intervene and help resolve the problem at the earliest. As I have paid for the recharge of Rs.156/- for the last two months and the data more than 2GB is unused that I am unable to use because of poor internet connection at my home of Reliance 3g Network. With your help, I want to convey these companies that spreading the network isn't enough, but they need to provide services to their customers also.
