Here with I would like to forward you some shocking facts about the Reliance Communication Customer Care .. And would like to tell you that, it's the worst ever I had such customer service experience.
I recharged my number [protected] on 24th august, 2015 at 9.36 am online of Rs.500 I got full talktime. I had got an offer o[censored]nlimited 3g data in Rs.447 in that message it was written in that message to check offer at*129# then I go to *129# where I selected the unlimited data option in which the same(unlimited 3 g data in 447) is written and also mentioned that reply 1 to subscribe the service. I replied 1 and after that I got message from 52811 in which it is written that “congratulation! 3G447 has been successfully activated on your phone. thank you. reliance”, after that my remaining balance is 53 and after the conformation message I tried to use my facebook but it was not working properly and I disabled my net after that I checked my balance its remaining only Rs.30 after that I tried to call someone but I got reply from you that “insufficient balance” but I had Rs.30 in my account after that I called you up regarding my problems I tried to call 198 but they never respond pathetic customer care service I have ever seen. I tried to call *333 and I had conversation with neha she didn’t respond me properly she is not aware about anything and even she did not able to understand my problem after disconnecting the call I checked my balance it shows Rs.0.60. I was shocked and again I called *333 and I had conversation with one of your colleague and he told me that there was some error in our system so I cannot check the status I told him to transfer my call to the senior authority but he disconnect my call. You guys are not giving any value to the customer you are making fun of customer’s feeling. Your team is not aware about how to handle a customer please educate them. you are making fool of customers.
When the matter is not solved in telephonic conversation I visited your store at Dwarka sec 10 personally where I had meet MR.RAVI to whom I explained the issue and shows all the messages. He acknowledge the issue and gave assurance me to raise complained regarding the issue and he gave me a number [protected] to do follow up but when I called him no. is switched off.
I recharged my account Rs. 500 and there is no information about my balance where it had been gone in an hour. I don’t have data and other balance in my phone right now.
Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible I am sending you attachment of all the messages that I had received. if I don’t get a proper compensation and satisfactory answers from your side within 48 hours, then, As an end customer, I will take up further actions .If I don’t get resolution I will took it to the consumer court so please do not take it lightly and I will going to share it on social network.
