[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Port message not received

I want to port my number from reliance to airtel and to get upc i had sent port message like (Port and send it ro 1900 so many times but message is not delivered and also charges are not deducted i called customer care they told me to off singnature from setting and i did that and tried again but this time also same problem occur i need assistance on this issue asap.
