I have made a request for port vide request no EK137465.on dated 9/11/2017 vide port request no EK137465. I have port this no to BSNL dated 18/11/2017 but the port was not done by your side. Thereafter you have raised a bill on me for November month bill without any uses of reliance communication co and i have made the payment for the same.And latter I make repeated request for port my no to BSNL telecom. I have recd message your request is under process.Suddenly I have recd another month bill for December without any uses.
Please also note that reliance network & customer care is not working properly even not working status and I have not uses of above mobile after making of request for port.
Now I want to reverse my telephone bill & port my no to BSNL
