many months your services were of no use but keeping in view all these
years association, I was hesitating to discontinue with you. referring last few monthsi
got sms and subsequently got a call from you changing the plan and
waiver of some charges. Even after confirmation, the same was not
implemented.then i also got sms stating your representative is going to call me but no call yetwhen
reminded for bill, i always insisted to talk to some senior person
regarding my problem but never got such call though promissed every
time.even when talking to me, your people have faced network
problem while talking to me. In fact all other Network are doing fine
except Reliance. In fact People dont wont me to talk to them from my
Reliance Mobile. All these months, I had credit balance and as on today I have settled balance in cashThe
present payment is not towards the services enjoyed by me. I have paid
only to keep my old number and also that i m not treated as a defaulter.i have been again and again trying to send sms about Port but the message doesnt go. It takes hours and hours to get your people on line but i have reported subject matterSame
is with *222 but that also I have done after trying today for the whole
day. What I am shocked is that Port request can not be accepted in any
other way except sms. Now i dont know the outcome of my complaint of not
able to send sms for port.as usuaal, I am being told that you
understand my problem and next time there will not be a chance to
complaint. Understand my problem ???? Next time ?????? I was just on the
subject of Port. Changing my service provider from Reliance to somebody
else.In view of whatever is stated hereinabove, I have to
state that if sending sms continues to be a problem, then whatever
confirmation/verification you need, please complete and bring logical
end to the subject matter. Your co operation in my Port request will be
appreciated.In case in your further failure to do so within 24
hours as promissed, necessary legal action will be initiated and for the
cost and consequences arising out of the same, you will thank
