Reliance Communications — port sms sent but upc not received

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I received text messages from rcom about closure of their 2g services in maharashtra so today (Sunday, oct 29th) i sent two port requests to 1900 but they have not sent me upc yet.

It appears that there is no one at rcom that i can speak with about this problem. Not sure if sending multiple port sms will help.

May be they don't have anyone to generate upc.

Same problem I am not getting the good network even though I have updated sim card and mobile too. Please help me out.

And not getting the upc for porting

I am using my no[protected] and [protected] is more than 10 years since last 15 days there is no network in mobile plz allow me to port to another network
