[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Porting connection issue | |||
I applied for porting of two numbers [protected] & [protected]. After disconnection from existing service provider (20, Jan.'17). also, I did not receive the SIM cards. After receiving the SIM cards, they are not activated till today (24, Jan.'17). I've been trying to reach customer care & other personnel, but till now, it is not sorted out. I had a horrible experience when I ported another number [protected] for almost 7 days. Will you be able to provide a solution? Several mails to appellate authority & customer care provided no response. Will you be able to talk to me at [protected] to understand the issues? Was this information helpful? | |||
