[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Porting not done after 9 days

I have ported the Reliance GSM to Jio on 07.04.2017 but not done yet. For enquiry I have gone to office where porting done by Rs.402.
They told call 198 for this. I called 198 and *333 also the customer care told that go to near by office. Again gone office they told call customer care. Care told no information on us. Please go to office again. I have worried how it will solve. Please help me.
My porting no is ORN No. NO00002J30NT
