Number [protected] Bill dated 18/012017 Amy - 1032 out of which 923 is for internet usage of 113 Mba have been informed by call centre personnel that I am charged 4 paise for 10 kb According to same if I use 113 Mb I should have charged 452 rs only whereas my bill I generated with rs 923/- Please justify my query and provide revised bill More than 3 time I had mailed but till date no revert is received and now I am getting msg for make payment by tomorrow or I will be charge lpp charges.
