[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Post paid bill charges increased exhorbitantly - bill period from 14th july 2016 to 13th august 2016 of mobile no.[protected] | |||||
I am, beena kollara is a post paid customer of 399 scheme from the last 5 years with reliance. From may 2016 the bill amount is going on being increased without reason and when i ask for the bill details it's not given to me till date. And as the service given to me is not satisfactory i said iam porting so they gave me a new 149 scheme from july and still d service was not satisfactory so i ported so they put an exhobitant charge of 1380 without giving me any details why this much amount is charged. This is like looting the customers. Most of the customer care representative don't know anything about the plans or scheme and give all wrong informations. Before payment of this big amount charges i wish you to look into the matter and take strict action against the defaulters and give me the full details about why so much charges Regards Beena kollara Was this information helpful? | |||||
