Reliance Communications — Post paid Rs.350/- plan not activated yet | |||
Hello, I wish to express a strong regret to have Reliance as my connection. Just 3-4 days before, I had activated my post paid Rs. 350/- plan on my mobile number [protected] in which I was supposed to get 1000 minutes for local/STD, 100 SMS for local/STD and 1 GB data for 3G and unlimited for 2G internet for whole month but till date my connection not activated yet. When I called up your sales executive Mr. Manas ([protected]), he told me that there was a mistake happened in operation department. However, as per your customer representative, I have taken a Rs. 299/- plan that's why i am not able to access my 3G internet although, I have purchased my Rs.350/- plan from Mr. Manas ([protected]). Now, Mr. Manas is not picking up my call even after giving reminders on phone. Please clarify, which plan is activated on my mobile and when my connection will activate because I have a receipt of Rs. 350/- plan + inclusive service taxes 12.36% i.e., Rs. 400/-.
