Reliance Communications — postpaid bill being sent even after migrating to prepaid | |||
Hi, My name is angshuman gayan and i hold a reliance gsm (Currently prepaid) connection with number [protected]. I migrated from postpaid (Reliance) to prepaid (Reliance) w. E. F. 17th jun 2017 (Relevant documents attached). The complaint i want to lodge is that i have been receiving outstanding postpaid bills from reliance even after clearing dues before migrating to prepaid. It may be noted hereby that, it is not possible to migrate from postpaid to prepaid without clearing dues. As per the last postpaid bill that i received, the bill period is (Highlighted in the relevant attachment) is 20th jun 2017 to 5th jul 2017, a period when i was holding prepaid connection (Not postpaid). I wrote to reliance gsm customer care at [protected]@relianceada.com and rcom. [protected]@relianceebill.com (Screenshot attached) but received no response. I have received 2 sms from rmlegald since yesterday; the messages insist on paying the outstanding amount of inr 155 to avoid legal action. Interestingly, one of my friends has also been receiving similar communication. Has reliance communications got data in its record book corrupted?
