[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Postpaid billing and cheating,breach of trust | |||||
I am Adv obaid ahmad, am using reliance postpaid no.[protected] since last 2-3 years. I was having postpaid plan naming jalsa 998 in UP(E) in which i have been given facility o[censored]nlimited calling romaing and home network with 50% deduction in monthly rental.last month i got a service call from reliance customer care to avail a more beneficial plan with the same 50% discount in monthly rental facility.i even recorded that conversation for future reference.now they sent me bill on whole rental without 50% rental deduction.when i complained about rhis in customer care few executives are acceting their fault and few executives are trying to justify their mistake of false information regarding rental deduction.they are saying there was no such offer of 50%discount in rental with this plan now u r out of that facility and u have to pay the charged bill.my due date is 10th of this month thenafter they will add late fine too.plzzz intervene into the matter and resolve it otherwise i m moving to consumer forum.thankyou Was this information helpful? | |||||
