[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Postpaid Plan and plan benefits changed without knowledge

My name is Mohd Sayeed and I am a Reliance postpaid customer([protected]) since last many years.
I am using 199 plan with benefits 500min(local and STD) but suddenly plan is changed to 250min(local) and 250min(STD).
I haven't informed that my plan benefits are going to be changed.
So, I have to file a complaint regarding the same and request from Reliance to migrate on my same plan with the same benefits I am getting. Attaching the 2 attachment of my bill(October and December bill)
