My postpaid connection no. is [protected] and using since last months and also paid the bills on time.
This month my calling services suddenly interrupted/stopped without any information thats why I have been lost my some clients and having approx. loss about 10-15 lacs. in my business.
Today I have been called in customer care cell but there was no satisfactory response about the services, and also he told us that the billing amount is crossed the limit, while I was paid 1000 rupees on time last month bill.
Now I have to go in consumer court because my problem is still not resolve, and I will be port my number in another network. Was this information helpful? |
