Reliance Communications — Pre litigation case filed by reliance against me | |||||
I was using reliance communication net-connect+ data card for over six years from 2009 to 2015 during the course i have generated more than 50, 000 worth of revenue to reliance, I never defaulted from baying the bill not even once in 60+ months. In December 2015 I saw an advertise in Muadalpalya Reliance center that we can upgrade the old data card to new Reliance wi-pod, hence I decided to upgrade the data card and purchased the new Wipod data card and have been using it currently. As per the offer the store person took my old data card number and said that they will waive off the bill of the old data card, I also had made a payment of the usage till last date on old data card. I used to get reminder calls, emails, sms on a daily basis for 9 months. I got irritated by these calls as i don’t like getting reminders to me for payment. Literally i used to come out of meetings, calls, conferences to answer these calls and used to explain the whole history again. Now I have Reliance communication sent me a Legal notice regarding due payment. I am feeling being cheated by this company, first they release the offer to upgrade and then for sake of this amount they send such notices. You should be ashamed for treating the old customers for being loyal customer for many years Was this information helpful? | |||||
