This is Shiva shankar from Hyderabad. I am having reliance gsm no [protected] since two months
I have recharged my number 50 rs one week back. I got 40 rs talk time. In that I used 20 rs talk time only. But remaining balance they have deducted. For which cause they had duducted balanceI don't know. I have tried numerous times to contact customer care executive on either *333 or 198.but I was said that we couldnot connect this time. Please resolve my problem as early as possible as well as credit my remaining amount to my number. I am frustrating with your customer care services
