[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — PRI LINE DOWN FOR PAST 7 DAYS - Complaint No:[protected]

Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I wish to complain about poor service we have received from Reliance communication. My Billing account number is [protected] and the business phone lines are registered in the name of Ms Sonam Monga, we have 5 numbers all of them are dead, numbers are 30005040, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45. On 28th Jan 2017 all the phone lines were dead at around 11:00am. we have registered a complaint on[protected] and my complaint number is[protected]. we have been told that the problem will be solved asap, the technician from reliance had come on 30th Jan to my restaurant and taken away the 3 Routers saying that they are not working and have to be repaired we had asked him to give us a temporary router which was not done. Due to the phones not working my business has suffered huge loss. i am writing this e-mail because i have not got any positive response from your company. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within the next day I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
