As i discussed with customer care, they are saying to submit the document to there office, but till now i have submitted the documents in there office 4 times. It's a shame that reliance such a big brand cannot securely keep its customer's documents and they have employed such careless people for this job. I am fed up of such attitude and i really don't want to give the same documents for the 5th time. If this issue is not resolved asap, i will start looking for other options.
I never thought that something like this will happen with reliance. How dare you disconnect my phone without even intimating me or giving me a chance to explain what i have been going through? I am really pissed off right now and didn't want to start my day like this.
As they discontinue my service without informing me, due to that i have suffered a huge loss because i couldn't receive calls on my number and i want reliance communication to pay for my loss else i am going to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
