Reliance Communications — problem with setup box | |||
It is about a fortnight ago, my t. V. Started giving trouble. Suddenly, light goes off. Sometimes, programme stops suddenly. Sometimes it shows that card is not properly inserted. Sometimes, i am unable to see any programme. Sometimes, it shows "no signa"l. I tried to contact reliance customer care dept. After givng all information a recorded voice is heard that i have used maximum no. Of times allowed to me. Then i sent e-mails and reminders. After reminders i received a message that i should inform my problem on mobile no.[protected]. Once the gentleman told me that there is a problem with setup box and it will be resolved as soon as set up box is received. Thereafter, many times i tried to contact that gentleman but he is not picking up call. Whom to approach? I am fed up with the poor service. I have recently renewed my annual contract but now i repent. If the company cannot provide service, it should refund my money, so that i can get service from other company.
