On 4-march-2017 at about 7:45 pm i checked my speacial offers by dialing *129# on my reliance number [protected]. There was a offer was showing that rchz with rs. 52 and get 1gb data for 28 days validity. While after recharge i just got 10 days validity with 1gb data.
When i contacted to the cc, there senior executive (Vijay verma) told me that your offer is applicable for 10 days validity. You are lying. He even talked me rudely and tell me that they will never give me the extra benifits even i complained to any consumer board. I asked him to arrange me call back for me with there assist team but he refused this also. I have call recording of that guy. If you tell me i can upload that here. Please help me sir.
Please provide me my extra benifits.

From today morning i am seeing lot of complaint against Reliance communication against "My offer' service that the offers were not provided as mentioned in that. From that it may be noted that they are attracting customers by the way of showing message like this. Also all the problem faced peoples would not come here and complaint against this. only 1 out 10 only came here and complain the same. So dont believe that My Offer service and do recharge. Consult the shop keeper and do the recharge of you may ported to any other reliable network.
