Respected Sir/Madam, This is Sadanand P Sadhani ex-employee of Reliance Webstores Ltd (Hubli Branch, Karnataka) with employee numbers 27822551 and 27900936 from May - 2010 to July - 2014. Many times applied for PF to HR but no proper response received. My PF account no.s are MH/VASHI/118056/88563 and MH/VASHI/118056/128728 (UAN[protected]. Recently I sent the PF application manually filled forms to Vashi PF office through regd. post but they are been returned saying no coomplete details (DOJ, DOE etc) updated in epfo portal and hence the request cannot be processed.
